Meet Cynthia Huerta

I went to law school because I wanted to make a meaningful impact.

After law school, I began my career as a transactional attorney. Then, unexpectedly, I was asked to help prepare for trial and serve as second chair. I loved it.
 
I later joined a defense firm that represented insurance companies and trucking companies in litigation. During those years, I gained valuable trial experience and learned firsthand how insurance companies and defense lawyers evaluate, defend, and litigate claims.
 
In 2012, I moved to a successful plaintiff’s personal injury firm and began representing injured people.  That transition allowed me to use my defense background to better serve my clients and help my clients receive the compensation that the law allows.    As a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney, I honed new skills as a counselor, advocate, litigator and trial attorney.  
 
Representing injured people has shown me the real impact that dedicated advocacy can have on clients and their families. I take that responsibility seriously. I aggressively protect my clients’ interests.  I treat my clients with respect, actively listen and keep them informed.  
 
In 2024, my passion for trial work and my commitment to client-focused representation led me to open The Cynthia Huerta Law Firm, PLLC in Conroe, Texas.
